Each one is key to your best performance and forms the basis of how we structure your course and training. 

  • Happiness is the ultimate goal. You must never forget the joy of riding. Without this, it will be difficult to build the motivation needed to train.

  • Motivation is critical to your best performance, it is your drive to push yourself further, to get you through the hard days. Without this, it will be difficult to maintain discipline and consistency.

  • Discipline is needed to do high quality training. Discipline is your tool to help you move towards your goals. It is easy to train well once, to train well every time requires consistency.

  • Consistency is the momentum that delivers you to your goal. Small but consistent steps in the right direction will always make better progress than big leaps back and forth.

  • Communication is the key to unlocking your potential. With good communication, we can design the courses to suit your specific needs. One size does not fit all. Communication is a two way process. We are here for you but you must be consistent with your communication to get the most out of us and yourself.
