Focus on the process, not the goal.

"The winners and losers have the same goal. Every rider wants to win the race, but it's only when we implement a system of continuous small improvements that we achieve a different outcome.

My purpose is to build systems that allow us to continue playing the game in every race. True long-term thinking is goal-less thinking. It's not about any single accomplishment, but rather the cycle of endless refinement and continuous improvement. Ultimately, our commitment to the process will determine our progress.

Our goal was to win the GC of the Tour of Thailand UCI 2.1, but instead of solely focusing on the goal, we focused on the process. This made a big difference because the goal alone can make you stressed and anxious, while focusing on the process helps you move step by step towards the goal.

In the process, everything is important and everything counts towards success. This includes the composition of the riders, their ability to suit our race plan, their training and mindset, the equipment they use, the feeding before, during, and after stages, the racing plan, and how everyone is able to react to every situation.

Our job is to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and to keep the team focused on the process.

All of this would be impossible without our main sponsor ROOJAI, everyone behind the scenes, and all of our partners who believed in us, they are all part of our process.
